announcemet of the planets

okay im only going to say this once. from now on approved planets will be created HOWEVER i want them to be used. why? because if not the'll nly take up space on the forum and i will not waste time or space making a new planet for every new race if your making a new race try asking for that race to live on earht, nameik or any of the current apporved planets creator (person who applied for that planet) permsiion to share the planet. i will be VERY strict on anymore planets created and so should the rest of the admins. planets WILL still be created but only with ezxpertionally good apps.
