off RPG update

i forgot to mention anyof this but before someone posts here im letting everyone know that you will not gain experiance points for RPing in the off RPG area. this is to make sure people are part of the events and RPG related posts. please rember this is for fun and that the off RPF fighting area is for spars and deathmacthes to see which charries would be a good battle, team, or what would happen if they fought under certain circumstances.please do not fret if your character dies here because its off RPG
